If you have Add and Edit users permissions in your Bricr account, you can create new users, customise user permissions, and set users inactive from your Bricr account.
Admin user
When creating the account, 1 user is always created who is also the administrator (admin). There must always be at least 1 user with these rights.
You make someone admin by clicking on the user's action icon and selecting "admin".
If you try to remove the last user who is admin from admin you will get a message.
Add users
In your Bricr account, click the settings icon settings in the right navigation bar.
In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Users.
In the upper right, click Add user.
Enter name and the email addresses into the corresponding fields.
Make sure the email address is correct and unique as an email will be sent to that email address for verification.
Then click + Add.
The new user will then be sent the welcome email where they can set their password, and if done will immediate access to the account. If the new user doesn't receive a welcome email within five minutes, ask them to check their Junk/SPAM folder.
If the email doesn't appear there, the new user can send a reset password email directly from the login screen.
if the new user does not set a password the user will be found in the list under the tab [action required].
The details of the new user can already be filled in even though he has not yet created his password.
Once the new user logs in, they can set up their personal profile.
Tab active/Inactive
Users will come and go. Therefore, there is the option to make users active and inactive. They cannot be removed from the system, so the historical link to their work will always remain. Payment is only made for users on the action required and active tab.
You make someone active or de-active by clicking on the user's action icon and selecting "Deactivate user" or "Reactivate user".
Permissions and details of a user
Set up the permissions for your new users by clicking on the desired user, or use action icon on the right and use item [edit]

Upload an image that represents you. With the red cross you can always delete the picture and upload an updated one.
- Functions
Determine which type of function applies to the user. For example, if you indicate that the user is a broker, it will appear in a list from which you can select brokers later in another part of the application.
- Right on functions
If there are no teams, this card determines which main functions the user has access to. If you do not have permissions, the relevant function will be made light gray and no longer clickable for the user. Some main items can have sub items such as settings, so that you can determine in even more detail what the permissions are.If you are admin you cannot uncheck settings.
- Right for teams
This card will only be visible if there are teams and if the user is placed in a team.
The team determines which main items are available to all users in the team. It is up to the user to determine which rights there are in turn. You always have read rights, but you can still indicate whether you can create new items, update existing items or delete existing items.
- Extra informationAdd as many email addresses of a particular type as necessary for the user.
Add as many phone numbers of a particular type as necessary for the user.
Add as many social media links of a particular type as necessary for the user.
Determine the attributes needed in other places later in the application.
Remove users = set users inactive
Before setting a user to inactive, keep in mind that their created content and owned records may be affected:
When a user is set to inactive from an account, Bricr will not delete any assets or activities that they created. This includes assets such as properties and relations as well as sales activities such as logged emails and notes.
Assets will still show the user as the creator. After a user is set to inactive from your account, they will no longer appear as default option in filters, such as in lists or dashboards. You can display inactive users in your filters by selecting the Show inactive users checkbox when filtering.
