You can add general information which is divided in the following cards:

• Maintenance
• Property related information
• Foundation
• Roof information
• Parking information

Describe the general maintenance on the outside and tick what applies for the quality. Could be more than 1 possibility.

Check which of the items are attached to the object on the outside.

Select the foundation type and foundation material.

• Select the type of roof and the year of construction.
• Select the material of the roof.
• Select the type of roof insulation.
• Select the type of gutter.
• Select the type of gutter material.

This card concerns parking options on the property's own site or in the immediate public environment. If there is a garage on the property, it can be added separately as an outside feature.

Add outside features

On the general card, use the blue button at the top right of the page.
Or as an outside feature is added on that page also the blue button appears on the top right of the page.

You can add as many of the following outside features:

The added outside features will be visible in the menu on the left.

Delete outside feature
Select the outside feature you want to delete. Use the action-icon on the top right of the page and confirm.

If you add more as 1 garage you can give one of the garages the main garage characteristic. Use the checkbox at the top of the page.
