In short, we have three basic functionalities that are the heart of the application. These are PIM, CRM and Sales.


1. PIM

The most important is PIM, Property Management System. All Bricr users have one thing in common. They have real estate in their portfolio that they want to sell or rent out.

Here you manage your objects in text and images, so that you have a complete picture. You use that information for your internal overview, but also for publishing on external platforms such as your own website, real estate platforms or social media.

We have made possible all the information you need to record in your daily work. You don't need any other application to manage your real estate.


2. CRM

The relationship management system. You cannot do without in real estate, because you have a lot of contact with potential clients, seekers and viewers.
