Getting started with PIM

PIM = Property Information Management

All users of Bricr have PIM in their portfolio to sell or rent.

The heart of Bricr are real estate objects, which must be entered as completely as possible.

You will find PIM in the top bar as main menu item.

In the left menu you will find all types of real estate divided into:

• Residential (Apartment and Houses)
• New construction
• Relet
• Commercial
• Commercial building
• Agriculture
• Parking lot
• Building plot

Select the type of property you want to work with and be the first to see the overview.

Sort, filter and navigate until you find the object you want. Click and view the details.


Add your first property to your portfolio


Method 1

a) Select PIM in the top navigation

b) Select in the left the type of property you want to add

c) Use the blue button at the top right of the page

Depending on the type you have chosen you will get a sub choice.

A check will take place on the address you are going to enter to see if it already exists in your portfolio.

The new object will immediately be placed in the correct list.

a) Use the blue plus button at the top navigation

b) Select the type of property you want to add
