Property's metes-and-bounds, plots and maps

This section consists of two parts: Cadastre plots and Cadastre maps.

Cadastre plots - card

Add new plot
Add a new cadastral plot with the blue button at the top right of the page [add new plot]

Confirm with [+ Yes, I want].

Four cards will become available for this first plot: General plot information, Ownership, Lease information and Bought off.
In the left menu you see the amount of plots you have created.

General plot information

Specify the general characteristics for the field such as: Name, codes, index numbers, surface and share.

Ownership

Determine the size of the cadastral parcel and the type of ownership.
Depending of the choice you make for type of ownership, the options will change.


Lease information
Determine here:
• Who is the leaseholder
How is the ground lease determined
• What is the ground lease duration
• What is the ground lease price

Bought off
If lease has been bought off, this can be recorded here with date or bought off perpetually.



Coming soon: autofill cadastre plots and maps, possible with a link from a third-party supplier.

Cadastre maps - card

Add new Cadastre map

With the blue plus button at the top of the card you can add as many cadastre maps as needed. Simpel drag & drop.

Fill in the details for the images as: Map name, description and type of cadastral map.
With the action icoon, you van delete a cadastral map
