Upload documents at a property

With a real estate object you will want to store a lot of documents. In order to keep an overview, we have created [folders] for an objects. By default, you already receive a number of them, but you can also add your own folders.


Folders

Where can I upload documents to an object?
1) Select a property or project
2) Select in the left menu [Documents]

The default folders are:
- Acquisition
- Quotation
- Sales
- Property
- Drawings
- Questionnaires
- List of items
- Publication
- Contracts
- Internal
- Emails

Create folder
1) Use the plus on the add folder icon.

2) Give custom name to your new folder and click [ + Add folder]

Your new folder will be purple, default folders are blue.

Delete custom folder
Mouseover the folder you want to delete. Use the red cross and confirm.

PLEASE NOTE
Not only the folder will be deleted, but also all the files in it.
If you don't want that, make sure you have placed the files in another folder first.


Documents

Add new document
1) Select a folder
2) De selected folder will open and turn in a darker blue.
3) A new card will open under the overview of folders.

4) Use the blue plus button to add a file to the selected folder.
You can upload multiple documents at the same time.
Click [Upload].

5) The files will appear in a list.

  • With the settings icon you can set the columns of your list.

  • With the preview icon you can see the file.

  • Setting details of the file as security etc will come soon.

Delete document
1) Select a folder.
2) Go to the action icon of the file you want to delete and use item [Delete].
