The inner part of an object has general characteristics that you will fill in below the general card. In addition, every object always has a ground floor, so that is already created for you by default in the left menu. You then create the floors that the object has and these will automatically be placed in the correct order in the left menu due to the selected characteristic. For example, a roof is at the very top and a cellar is at the very bottom.

For each floor, you add the rooms (spaces) with their specific characteristics and dimensions. In this way, you can put together the entire object very easily, like a box of blocks.

It describes how the property will be delivered upon sale or rental.

Indicate the general quality of the object in its maintenance.

Provide last date and description of renovation or extension.

Indicate the type of glass in the windows that are present throughout the object.

Enter the dimensions of the entire object. When entering the detail rooms where you specify the size per room, this card will be checked whether the totals are in agreement. See bottom left of the card.

If you have a measurement certificate, check this here so that it is known, but upload the document in folders.

This floor is always available as standard and cannot be removed.
​

Add new floor
On every page under "Inside" you can see the blue button at the top right to add a new floor.

​Add new space
On each floor you can add rooms (spaces) with the blue plus button at the top of the card.

Select which type of floor you want to add to your object and give it we wanted a custom name.

The new floor will be added in the left menu in the correct order of the type.

Delete floor
Select the floor you want to delete. Use the action icon at the top right. It will delete the floor and all associated spaces on the floor.

Select which type of space you want to add to your floor and give it we wanted a custom name.
If the room has the option to divide into multiple rooms, you can indicate that here or later with the switch.

For each of the spaces specified by us, there are different characteristics available.
​
​Once a room is of one type, you will not be able to change it into another type. So if it was a wrong choice, then you will have to delete this space and add a new one.

The base characteristics for each type are:

• Shape of room
The dimensions in surface, length and width do not always give the correct representation of the actual shape.

• Measurements
For length, width and height in and automatically volume and area are calculated. You can always overwrite it. It will be showed in the title of the card.

• Service heating
You can check several types of heating sources in a room.
​
​• Pictures
Take pictures as notes to better understand the situation.
