One commercial object can consist of several spaces with a specific purpose. You compose the object with commercial spaces.

On the left in the menu is the item general where you can enter general information as well as the general measurements.

At the top right of the page is the blue button to add a new type of commercial space. When creating the object you have created your first commercial space which will generally also reflect the main purpose of the object. You can add as many commercial spaces as needed.

Always consider whether it is not better to introduce the commercial real estate object as a commercial building.

You can add the following types of commercial spaces:

General - Measurements - card

• Set the general surface of the entire commercial object.
• Set the general volume of the entire commercial object.

Compared

Business

• Give the commercial business space a custom name.
• Enter the floor number on which the object is located in a building.
• Set the measurements of the object space business: Surface, Free height, Free span and Free load.
• If the type of commercial space business can also be purchased in smaller units, please enter in units from.
