Explains how to add commercial properties to your portfolio.
There are two startpoints to add new commercial properties to your portfolio.
1) Goto [PIM] > [Commercial] > [+ Add commercial] > Decide which type of space you want to add.
2) Goto [+] button at the top right corner of the application, select [PIM], select [Commercial] > Decide which type of space you want to add.
You can add as many spaces to the commercial real estate property as you want.
It does mean that all spaces are sold or rented out as a whole at the same time. If they are dependent on selling or renting, please also enter them separately and link them together if desired to indicate the intention to sell or rent them simultaneously.
