Place linked units on a floor

Once you have linked a unit to new construction, relet or commercial building, the object will automatically get an extra card under [PIM intake] > [General] > [Linked floor card].

The linked object must then be of the type apartment.

Linked floor - card

This card now shows all the names of the floors you created in the linked project of the unit. You can now select the floor on which the linked unit is located.

Compared
With [Project intake] > [General] > [Type of property card], the number of linked properties is compared with what is generally entered and what is actually linked on the floors. That way you always know if your data is accurate and up-to-date.

No floors in the project (yet)
If no floors have been created for this project yet, you cannot link the linked unit on one floor either. You will first have to create a floor. Use the blue button in the card and you will re-directed to add new floor.
