Select the cards you want to use extra for your item and click [Update cards].

Depending on whether you are working on a single object or a project, the options for the additional information cards will be different.

​You can choose from the following cards for a single object, Residential, Commercial, Agriculture, Parking lot or Building plot:

Discard
If you don't want to see a card anymore, deselect that card. The information that was already entered in that card remains available underwater. So if you activate the card again, the entered information will also be visible again.

Sometimes the house number is not the same as the plot number, that's why we have an extra field.

Add County, State and District to the address.
​
The object can also contain a house number series, which you can enter here.

If we link to external systems, your objects in that system will often have a unique number. To keep the data synchronised in both systems, this number is the key.

If you want to give extra attention to your colleagues, this attention rule can be used for this. This will be displayed in various places.

If the object falls under an association of home owners, you can enter here: Name association, monthly contribution and useful facts.

If the object falls under monument care, you can indicate what kind of monument it is.

If there are property rights for this object, you can tick which they are here.

If there are home modifications for this object, you can tick which they are here.

If there are approvals for this object, you can check which they are here.

If this object is sold or rented in combination with another object, both objects can be linked here. Click the blue plus button at the top of the card.

Search for the property you want to link, select and click [add].

If you do not find the correct property, then you can immediately start creating a new object with the button [Create new PIM].

You can link multiple objects.

If you have linked the wrong object or you no longer want an object to be linked, you can unlink the object via the action icon.

Your property will need to be disclosed before selling or renting. With this card you can add information like: object logo, object email address, object website and even two specific colours that belong to this object.

Add County, State and District to the address.

Your project or building will need to be disclosed before selling or renting the linked units. With this card you can add information like: project logo, project email address, project website and even two specific colours that belong to this project.

Select the energy label for the project or building and add additional information: energy index, end date energy label and EPC.
​

If your project is part of a larger whole, we call it a project group. You can link multiple projects to a project group so that it is clear which buildings belong together.
​

Click on the blue button [Link project group].
​

Search for an already existing project group, select and confirm.
If the project group does not exist, us [add new project group] to create a new project group.

Give the new project group a name and select a logo for the project group if it exist. It is not a required field.

Often a new construction project is sold or rented out in collaboration with another party. Sometimes it is desirable that additional information is placed on invoices. These can then be entered here.
