You link units to a new construction project, re-letting complex or commercial real estate building. These are the units you sell or rent.
If you have manually created a new project, there will be no units linked by default.
Add linked property
• Select linked units
• Select the blue button at the top right of the page
Search for the right object in the most obvious types.
In new construction, this is houses and apartments. With relet it is apartments and with commercial building it is commercial. But you can also search and link the other types of real estate, such as a parking space that belongs to the project.
• Select the unit and [+ add]
If your unit is not in the list, create a new object, [Create new PIM].
Unlink linked property
If you no longer want a linked object to be part of the project, unlink it. So you do not remove the object from your portfolio, but you break the connection.
• Select the linked unit
• Use the action-icon at the right, [unlink property]
Compared
With [Project intake] > [General] > [Type of property card], the number of linked properties is compared with what is generally entered. That way you always know if your data is accurate and up-to-date.
