Explains how to add a building pot to your portfolio.

There are two startpoints to add new building plot to your portfolio.
​
1) Goto [PIM]>[Building plot]
​

2) Goto [+] button at the top right corner of the application, select [PIM], select [Building plot]
​

Property details - card

• Determine whether the building plot is ready for construction.
• Set plot number.
• Set soil type.
• Set the volume percentage for the building plot.
• Set the volume for the building plot.
• Set the height that is possible for the buildings on the building ground.
• Set the minimal m2 for the units on the building plot.
