Explains how to add new construction projects to your portfolio.
You can define three types of main properties for this project:
- Apartments
- Houses
- Building plots
There are two startpoints to add new residential properties to your portfolio.
1) Goto [PIM] > [New construction] > [+ Add new construction > Decide which type you want to add. Despite the main type, you can still link both residential type to the project.
2) Goto [+] button at the top right corner of the application, select [PIM], select [New construction] > Decide which type you want to add.
Under the details of a retail project: [General] > [Type of properties] you can always change the main type.
