This dashboard gives you insight into your real estate portfolio in two ways:
1. Health
2. Overview
Health - tab
Lists statuses of the objects that may not be consistent.
Adjust immediately so that you always have a healthy portfolio.
The color of the line around the map indicates the status.
1) Status vs role not in accordance
The status of a property must be in accordance with the role type of relations associated with it. So a property with the status for sale cannot have a relationship linked in the role of tenant.
To fix it and empty your list, click on the relevant object and adjust the status of the object if necessary.
Or you can make adjustments directly with the dropdown with available statuses.
2) Status vs transaction
The transaction type of a property must be in accordance with the status type of the property. So a property with the status for sale cannot have a transaction with the type rented.
To fix it and empty your list, click on the relevant object and adjust the status of the object if necessary or the type of the transaction.
3) Copy or double
We try to prevent you from entering objects with the same address during the input. In the unlikely event that it does happen, here you see an overview of objects with the same address so that a decision can be made to merge them or remove one of them.
The check is always only with two objects at the same time. So if there are several objects with the same address, the object will have to be checked several times.
3) No prices
Objects without a price are not necessarily wrong, especially not at the time of entry. But in the end every object will have to have a price for sale or for rent.
Click on the blue button to set the price directly for the object.
4) Status vs price type
The status type of a property must be in accordance with the price type of the property. So a property with the status for sale cannot have a ret price.
To fix it and empty your list, click on the relevant object and adjust the status of the object if necessary or the price type.
Overview - tab
The overview dashboard shows you at a glance what the situation is about all types of real estate: which objects have been newly added, which objects need action, which have been placed in the archive and which are active.
