We have three subscription plans. Bricr Start, Bricr Professional and Bricr Enterprise.
They all work the same for the available functionalities.
The difference is in the number of users and number of active objects in your portfolio. In short, choose the solution that suits your company.
In addition, we have add ons that you can decide yourself whether you want to use for your business process.
What are active users?
We count as active users the users who are under the tab [active] and [action required].
What are active objects?
a) We count as active object the objects who are under the tab [active] and [action required].
b) We count as active object the objects who are linked properties to a new construction project, a relet project or a commercial building under the tab [active] and [action required].
In your chosen plan you determine approximately how many objects you have for sale or rental at any given time. That number determines the active slots you need in Bricr. You can always enter objects above the number of active slots you have, but you will get a message that an extra amount will be charged for that one object as long as it is active. As soon as the number is equal to the number in accordance with the plan, it will no longer be charged. There will be a tipping point to choose based on the number of active object and to switch from Start to Professional, or from Professional to Enterprise. We will keep an eye on this for you and report it if applicable.
You pay nothing for your new construction projects, commercial real estate complexes or re-rental towers. You link objects to one of the above and the status of the object (active or archive) determines whether it is counted.
What are add ons?
We have links with third parties such as credit checks, websites, real estate platforms, etc. We call this add ons that you can choose to use in combination with Bricr. Depending on the agreements, additional costs will be charged for this.
