Determine whether the object will be for sale, for rent or perhaps both, so that you can determine with the new buyer or tenant what the type of transaction will be.
There is a difference for a single object or a project with multiple units linked.
Single object: Residential, Commercial, Agriculture, Parking lot and Building plot
Where do I put the price?
1) Select a property
2) Select in the left menu [Prices]
3) Use the blue button at the top right of the page.
4) Determine whether the property has only a sale price or only a rental price, or whether both are a possibility. Tick the desired card(s).
5) In addition, a card for the WOZ price can be activated.
Sales price and Rent price
If you have activated the sales card, you will still have to enter the actual price.
Use the blue plus button at the top of the card.

Use checkbox
The checkbox determines whether the price entered is inclusive or exclusive of VAT.
List of sales prices
You can have a list of sales prices for example because you have made a price change. So we keep all prices for later analysis.
With the action icon you can delete the price or determine which price of the list is the current price.
You can enter additional characteristics with the sale price that may be important for the price.
WOZ price
Enter the WOZ value, when the reference date was and for which period it applies.
Project: New construction, Relet, Commercial building
Where do I put the price?

2) Select in the left menu [Prices]
3) Use the blue button at the top right of the page.
4) Determine whether there are only sales prices or only rental prices, or whether both coexist in the project. Tick the desired card(s), and click [ + Set price cards].
Price range
There is a price range on a project. You can enter this manually or have it calculated automatically based on the linked units in the project.
Automatically calculate prices
Use the checkbox. It will set the minimal and maximal price for the project depending on the linked units. So to use this automatic calculation you must first enter units with prices and link them to the project.
The fields that could be used before have now been made invisible.
