Explains how to add relet projects to your portfolio.
There are two startpoints to add new relet projects to your portfolio.
You can define two types of main properties for a relet project:
- Apartments
- Houses
1) Goto [PIM] > [Relet] > [+ Add relet]> Decide what the main type of units is for this relet project. Despite the main type, you can still link both residential type to the project.
2) Goto [+] button at the top right corner of the application, select [PIM], select [Relet] > Decide which type you want to add.
Under the details of a retail project: [General] > [Type of properties] you can always change the main type.
