Explains how to add residential properties to your portfolio.

You can add two different types of residential to your portfolio:
- Apartments
- Houses

There are two startpoints to add new residential properties to your portfolio.
​
1) Goto [PIM] > [Residential] > [+ Add residential] > Decide which type you want to add.

2) Goto [+] button at the top right corner of the application, select [PIM], select [Residential] > Decide which type you want to add.

With each of the types, only the card [General]>[Property details] is different.
You can always switch from one type to another.
Information already filled in will be saved under water in case you want to change again.
